Pedregal
Pedregal is the gated residential area on the hill directly behind the marina, entered through a stone arch and connected by steep, winding streets. Homes on the upper slopes, like Casa Connie, look out across San Lucas Bay; a small number, including Casa Alcini, sit on the Pacific beach on the far side of the hill.
The Pacific surf below Pedregal is powerful and generally not suited to swimming, so most guests enjoy the beach for walks and sunsets and swim in their villa's pool. Downtown and the marina are a short drive away.
