About Casa Alcini

Casa Alcini puts a group of up to 16 right on the Pacific side of Pedregal, with an infinity pool, Jacuzzi and fire pit on a terrace that runs out toward the beach.

This is a home built around the beach. The main living space opens onto a broad terrace where an infinity pool, Jacuzzi, palapa and fire pit look straight out to the Pacific surf, and the sand is only a few steps beyond the edge of the deck.

Inside, nearly 7,000 square feet are finished in soft creams and beiges with built-in terracotta-style seating, a full media centre and artwork throughout. The kitchen, bar and dining room are equipped with professional-grade appliances, and the outdoor dining table and barbecue make long lunches by the pool easy to arrange.

Six of the eight bedrooms are in the main house, each with a king bed, an ensuite bathroom and an ocean view. Bedrooms seven and eight are in a separate guest casita with queen beds and a shared bathroom, which suits teenagers, friends or anyone who prefers a little more privacy.

From the street, the house has a Southwestern character, with cacti, native planting and a water feature at the entrance.

Pedregal is the gated, hillside neighbourhood that rises behind the Cabo San Lucas marina. Its upper streets overlook the bay, while a handful of homes, Casa Alcini among them, sit on the Pacific beach on the far side of the hill.

The marina, downtown restaurants and boat departures are a short drive away, which makes Pedregal a convenient base for groups who want both privacy and easy access to town. The Pacific surf here is powerful, so ask our team about beach conditions before swimming.
