How form submissions are delivered

Form submissions are sent by email from our web server to our team's inboxes, which include mailboxes hosted by third-party email providers. We do not store form submissions in a database on the website.

To reduce spam, the form uses a hidden field and a timing check, and our server temporarily keeps a one-way hashed version of the sender's IP address for about ten minutes to limit repeated submissions.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider's servers record standard technical information when pages are requested, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and the date and time. These logs are used to operate and secure the website.

This website does not use analytics or advertising trackers and does not set its own cookies. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers and shares your IP address with Google when you visit.
