About Casa Carreta
Casa Carreta is a newly remodelled, hacienda-style villa on the ocean in Punta Ballena, with four master suites, an infinity pool with swim-up bar and a staircase down to the beach.
A grand staircase opens into a two-storey vaulted great room, with a fully equipped chef's kitchen, a bar and a media room with a large sectional. The house was remodelled with careful attention to detail, from its outdoor spaces to the furnishings in every room.
Four of the six bedrooms are master suites with walk-in closets, private terraces and ocean views. A fifth bedroom has two extra-long twin beds, and a separate guest casita has its own kitchenette and bathroom.
Outside, several seating areas are arranged around an infinity-edge pool with a swim-up bar, a hot tub, a palapa and a fire pit. A second-floor terrace looks out over the rocky shore toward Land's End, and in season the listing highlights whale watching from the house. A staircase leads down to the beach below.
