About Casa Connie
Set high in Pedregal, Casa Connie looks out over the gated neighbourhood and San Lucas Bay, with six king bedrooms, a heated central pool and a Jacuzzi for up to 12 guests.
Casa Connie is a home of terraces and views. The main pool curves around a domed gazebo, a Jacuzzi sits beside a hand-tiled fountain wall, and shaded lounges and dining tables are placed to take in the hills of Pedregal and the bay below.
Nearly 6,000 square feet are arranged over several levels, linked by a spiral staircase. Every bedroom has a king bed, an ensuite bathroom, a television, a private terrace and a view. The master suite has its own smaller, more secluded pool on its terrace and a ceiling painted to resemble a cloud-filled sky.
The kitchen combines warm wood cabinetry with stainless steel appliances, the dining room seats eight, and the living room is filled with deep sofas facing the windows. Outside, a garden of flowering plants, a gas barbecue and an outdoor dining area complete the setting.
