About Casa Koll Estate
Casa Koll Estate is a beachfront compound on Palmilla Bay with two houses, eight bedroom suites, an infinity pool and gardens that step down to the sand, for up to 20 guests.
Custom-built by developer Don Koll, the estate is made up of Casa Koll, the main villa, and Casa Roca, a separate guest house, set across some 15,000 square feet of buildings and grounds that include pools, tennis courts and manicured lawns bordered by the beach.
Casa Koll takes its inspiration from the hill villages of Provence, with sand-coloured stone walls, wrought iron, fine woodwork and reclaimed materials, including roof tiles from a 19th-century Veracruz hacienda and antique floor tiles from Andalusia. A traditional fireplace rises to a herringbone wood ceiling in the great room, and the kitchen's rustic slab table seats twelve.
The main villa has four bedroom suites, each with an ensuite bathroom. Casa Roca has its own full kitchen, living and dining area and four more suites with a relaxed, rustic feel, including two family suites that suit children. Outside, palms and bougainvillea frame a large infinity pool just above the beach and a lawn that leads to a lookout with a gas fire pit.
