About Casa Alegria
Casa Alegria brings Spanish Colonial style and Tuscan touches to Palmilla's Caleta enclave, with five ensuite bedrooms, a two-level pool and a short walk to Palmilla Beach.
Large windows and vaulted ceilings fill Casa Alegria with natural light, set off by stonework, wood details, colourful textiles and comfortable furnishings. Each of the five bedrooms has its own ensuite bathroom, safe and stereo, and two of the suites open onto terraces with views over the Sea of Cortez.
The remodelled Italian Scavolini kitchen has a large island, a Viking refrigerator, dual sinks, a wine fridge and custom cabinetry, and a sliding door connects it to a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a built-in grill.
Outdoor living is the heart of the house: a broad cantera-tiled terrace with dining for eight under a grand palapa, hammocks, a two-level pool with a cascading waterfall and an elevated Jacuzzi with ocean views.
