What information should I include in my inquiry?
For a rental, include your preferred dates (or a date range), the number of adults and children, the homes or areas you are interested in, and any services you would like. For other questions, a short description is enough.
Can I ask a general question rather than a reservation question?
Yes. Choose "General question" as the inquiry type and leave the date fields empty. We are happy to help with questions about areas, homes and planning your trip.
Can I inquire about real estate?
